Frontiers in Cancer Science 2016 (FCS 2016), an annual international conference with 7 years of history, returns bigger and better this year. In a few weeks’ time, cancer experts from all over the world will be heading to University Cultural Centre in NUS to attend FCS 2016. These cancer experts include Nobel Laureate Professor Tomas Lindahl and Keynote speakers – Professors William Kaelin and Michael Karin.
Jointly organized by Cancer Science Institute of Singapore (CSI Singapore), National University Cancer Institute, Singapore (NCIS), Duke-NUS Medical School, Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology, Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine and National Cancer Centre Singapore, FCS 2016 is the largest cancer conference in Singapore.
This 3-day event aims to bring together diverse and world-class research expertise onto this excellent platform for learning and networking. FCS 2016 facilitates the exchange of research and clinical knowledge in a dynamic environment, where fresh insights and new collaborations flourish.
This year, the conference is galvanized with the introduction of 2 new segments – oral presentations of selected abstracts and a special talk. 6 abstracts have been selected for oral presentations from a highly competitive pool of over 100 abstracts. These abstracts will be given 10 minutes each to present in front of nearly 750 audiences. FCS 2016 encourages young and upcoming scientists to share their ideas and gather feedback through this new oral presentations.
Divided into 6 sessions of 30 speakers, the comprehensive program of FCS 2016 has been specially tailored to cover different aspects of cancers.
