Abstract
This study is about Pre-nanoemulsions Gel that can self emulsify easily with any quantity of water, prior application on dry or damaged skin. Pre-nanoemulsions Gel is a good approach to avoid the emulsion unstability in cosmetic applications.
Palm Tocotrienol was used because it is an effective antioxidant, and helps to repair skin damage. It is mainly used in anti-aging products. VCO has the ability to nourish and heal the skin, also acting against yeast and bacterial skin infections.
The compounds were prepared and characterized. They were mixed with suitable components leading to the formation of Pre-nanoemulsions Gel. This gel in the presence of water self emulsify and give rise to O/W anoemulsions.
Physical characterization such as appearance, self-emulsification ability, rheology, pH, homogeneity, zeta potential and droplet distribution were conducted. Also, product evaluation by sensory assessment on a panel of 20 volunteers was conducted. This Pre-nanoemulsions Gel has a good prospect for the cosmetic industry since it hydrates the skin intensively, reduces and slows the signs of aged skin, and protects the skin against daily aggressions.

Abstract
Hibiscus sabdariffa (roselle) calice is a natural source of anthocyanins, Vitamin C and malic acid. Hibiscus grows in tropical areas throughout the world, and has been used medicinally for centuries. Roselle is valued in native medicine. It has been used in infusions or teas for many years. It is regarded as diuretic, febrifugal, hypotensive, antispasmodic, anthelmintic, antibacterial, stomachic and antilipidemic. However Roselle low pH in aqueous solution is inconvenient for people who have gastric ulcer.
Pellets (multi particulates) were produced by using extrusion and spheronization method and then subject to characterization. Also, it was followed by dissolution testing in simulated gastric and intestine medium.
Due to an increased interest in herbal health products, nutraceutical industries are targeted, where roselle sustained release can be an alternative form to chewable tablets and drinkable herbal extract products.
