Intellectual Property Office of PSU (IPOP), Business Incubation Center, PSU with Asst. Prof. Dr. Suntorn Wongsiri, the inventor of “surgical visual field enhancer apparatus” has applied for an international patent through Patent Cooperation Treaty at Department of Intellectual Property on January 2010. This is the first invention from Thailand to apply through this and has received the application number PCT/Th2010/000002. This application allows the patents to be effective in 142 member countries all over the world conveniently and economically. Thailand has joined PCT since December 24, 2009.
