Fourth AIMS International Conference on Management

The Fourth AIMS International Conference on Management is organized by AIMS International - The Association of Indian Management Scholars International and Indian Institute of Management Indore (www.iimidr.ac.in). The conference is also supported by the International Forum of Management Scholars (www.infoms.net).

The theme of the conference is: Managing Global Organizations: Challenges, Opportunities and Strategies.The conference will provide a global forum to management academics and practicing managers to discuss critical issues concerning managing of global organizations. The conference will also provide opportunities for networking and collaboration amongst management scholars from different disciplines and countries.

In addition to papers on the conference theme, scholars are also encouraged to submit papers on any aspect of management and business such as accounting, marketing, finance, OB, HRM, MIS, quantitative methods, operations, economics, entrepreneurship, etc.
