23rd Regional Conference Solid State Science & Technology 2007 (RCSSST 2007)
Johor Bahru, Malaysia - This conference is designed to encourage extended free discussion of current results and ongoing related research in solid state science and technology. Topics include nanostructures, semiconductors, thin films and superconductors.
The Regional Conference of Solid State Science & Technology is an annual event in Malaysia. This 23rd Conference 2007 is jointly organized by Department of Physics, Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia as the host, and the Malaysian Solid State Science & Technology Society (MASS).
The aim of this conference is to provide a platform for discussions of Solid State Science and Technology in all aspects of physical properties, chemistry, characterizations, preparation methods, optical properties, macro-,micro- and nano-structures. Besides that, modeling, simulation, measurement techniques as well as current development in technology will also be discussed.
This conference is designed to encourage extended free discussion of current results and ongoing related research in solid state science and technology.
