MeM has a fully equipped press room and meeting facilities. There will be a press release area where you can pick up information left by the exhibitors & sponsors and if you sign up early you can make use of the online meeting system to see who's attending and to arrange meetings in advance.

All journalists and industry press are welcome to attend the event free of charge as long as they satisfy the terms of our press policy (below). To apply for your press pass please contact Emma Abrahamson at [email protected]..

Applicants who fail to meet the terms and conditions below will be charged the full delegate rate to attend and will not get access to the onsite press facilities.

Informa Telecoms & Media Conferences Press Policy:
Informa Telecoms & Media invites qualified journalists currently working for commercial news/publishing organizations to register for a complimentary press pass to the MeM event. Informa Telecoms & Media reserve the right to deny any applicant. You must be pre-approved to receive a press pass.

To qualify for a complimentary Press badge, you must:

Be affiliated with a nationally or regionally recognised media outlet, and
Hold an editorial title (eg: Editor, Journalist, Reporter etc...)
You do not qualify for a press badge if you are:

A Publisher
A Creator, Representative or Writer of a personal web site
A Freelance Photographer
A Market Researcher or Analyst
A Sales/Marketing/Public relations representative
Any other non-editorial personnel
You must be able to proove that you are a journalist or editor with an internationally recognised press card (NUJ or equivalent) or provide copies of your work in recognised publications, with your name on as writer or editor.
