Hong Kong - Work-life balance in Hong Kong is a hot topic. Join this event to participate in a discussion forum with representatives from the corporate, government and non-profit sectors.

Work-life balance in Hong Kong is a hot topic. Research commissioned by Community Business in 2006 highlighted that Hong Kong employees work very long hours, frequently work overtime, have little time for personal life and suffer prolonged fatigue, sleepiness and extreme tiredness as a result of poor work-life balance.

So has the state of work-life balance in Hong Kong improved over the last 12 months? Are employers heeding advice and taking steps to help employees achieve a healthier balance between work and private life? Do employees feel more satisfied with their working and living patterns? And is it having an impact on Hong Kong 's competitiveness? As an employer, what can you do to improve you work-life balance policies and initiatives?

Find answers to these questions and more as we share a summary of findings from The State of Work-Life Balance in Hong Kong 2007 Survey. Join this event to participate in a discussion forum with representatives from the corporate, government and non-profit sectors. All attendees will receive a complimentary copy of the Summary of Research Findings.
