2009 International Symposium on Electrohydrodynamics
UNIMAS will be organising the 2009 International Symposium on Electrohydrodynamics from 25 to 28 March 2009 in Kuching, Sarawak. Co-sponsored by International Electrostatic Assembly, the main objective is to promote international cooperation and technological progress on the interaction between electrical and fluid mechanics phenomena.
2009 International Symposium on Electrohydrodynamics (ISEHD2009)
The Faculty of Engineering, UNIMAS will be organising the 2009 International Symposium on Electrohydrodynamics (ISEHD2009) from 25th to 28th March 2009 in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. Co-sponsored by International Electrostatic Assembly, the main objective of the meeting is to promote international cooperation and technological progress based on the interaction between electrical and fluid mechanics phenomena.
In line with the objectives outlined above, the main theme of the conference is "Advances and Innovations in Electrohydrodynamics". This reunion is preceded by six international symposiums held every two to three years in different countries (Canada, Italy, France and Argentina). The symposium's programme will consist of oral presentations given by the participants in plenary sessions. Invited lectures given by distinguished scientists. Included are panel session on EHD Atomization and Their Advanced Applications and a Round Table Session on Advanced Flow and Thermal Diagnostic Techniques for EHD.
The last symposium, ISEHD2006 was held successfully from 4-6 December 2006 by the Faculty of Engineering, University of Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Early bird registration is 31 January 2009. Please click on http://www.feng.unimas.my/ISEHD2009/ for further details.
