National Academic Conference (ENRICH 2011) will bring together leading academicians, researchers, scientists in Malaysia under the theme "Enriching Creativity and Innovation in the Frontiers of Knowledge and Intellectual Integrity for National Development".
INTRODUCTION:
The rapid pace of global development has brought tremendous change and transformation in the respective nation states. Malaysia for once needs to consider the talents of its human capital to spur forward in its quest for competitive advantage in the modern world. Institutions of higher education thus become one of the prime movers in developing and nourishing the vast potentials of intellectual integrity by adopting much needed reforms in the learning and teaching system. Creativity and innovation in the field of knowledge is a phenomenal challenge to spur national development of a country by ensuring its human capital resources are appropriately mobilised and fully utilised in the wide spectrum of business and the industry.
