What is leadership?

How does one be a leader?
What does a leader do?

“True leaders are not born, but made.”
Warren Bennis

“Becoming A Better Leader” translates ‘True leaders are not born, but made’ into Leadership Perspective: reframing the leadership myths and paradigms that will enable the participants to embrace leadership. Leadership Practices: is translating proven leadership principles into measurable and observable behaviours, where participants can learn to develop their competence in leading people. The result: every participant will have the self-condence to become a leader, exercise leadership skill and display the power to inspire people towards higher performance levels.
