Paliwanagan sa UP Diliman OVCRD Colloquium and Fair 2013
UP Diliman Office of the Vice-Chancellor for Research and Development (OVCRD) is holding the Paliwanagan sa UP Diliman OVCRD Colloquiumand Fair on 29 July 2013, 8 AM - 5 PM, at the National Institute of Physics, National Science Complex, UP Diliman.
The first Paliwanagan event for this year, which was held in January, was a Colloquium that showcased the institutional research and creative work initiatives of 15 center/institutes in the campus. The institutional thrust of the January 2013 Colloquium received very positive feedback from the participants. As such, for the 29 July Paliwanagan, the Colloquium will once again feature institutional research and creative work initiatives. This time, the academic units will take the spotlight and their deans/ directors are the Colloquium presenters.
Aside from the Colloquium, the July Paliwanagan will also have a Fair, which will be a re-staging of UP Diliman’s exhibition for the National Science and Technology Week (NSTW) Fairs and Exhibit that will be held on 23-27 July at SMX Mall of Asia. The exhibition will feature two sets of technologies: a) UP Diliman IPs that have been patented, registered and/or commercialized and b) recent technologies developed in the campus that are founded on the convergence of art and science.
