Hokkaido University invites applications for the position of Professor of the Laboratory of Agricultural Cooperatives, Research Group of Agricultural Economics, Research Faculty of Agriculture.
(1) A doctoral degree (Ph.D.).
(2) The successful applicant should possess an excellent track record regarding research into
agricultural cooperative theories especially those on farmers’ organizations in Japan and beyond, as well as the capacity to supervise undergraduates and postgraduates including overseas students (see Appendix 3).
(3) Ability to guide research into agricultural cooperatives on both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
(4) Ability to take up this post as scheduled.
