The Institute for Integrated Cell-Material Sciences (iCeMS) of Kyoto University Institute for Advanced Study (KUIAS) is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Professor or Associate Professor.

Job Description
The Institute for Integrated Cell-Material Sciences (iCeMS) of Kyoto University Institute for Advanced Study (KUIAS) is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Professor or Associate Professor. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a new field of cell biology, aiming at elucidation of the mechanisms underlying fundamental cell biological processes. In connection with this, the successful candidate will also be required to secure significant growth of the integrated field of bioscience and sciences such as chemistry, physics, biotechnology, informatics, and mathematics, aiming at implementation of research achievements as well as creation of innovations.

4. Detailed record of academic activities (affiliated societies), as well as research grants (e.g. “KAKENHI” Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research) and awards received
