International Catalysis Conference (ICC 2008)

Tehran, Iran - This international conference aims to promote discussions in all areas of catalysis between academia and industry.

Shahid Beheshti University has established a research facility, the Catalysis Center of Excellence in 2004 with the purpose of developing catalysts that will, hopefully, convert petroleum and natural gas to value-added chemicals and marketable products. The Center has earmarked programs to address biomass conversion, environmental catalysis, fuel and chemical production, and surface sciences as there is sufficient expertise within the faculty that covers these important areas.

For further development of catalysis science and technology in Iran, the CCE has decided to launch an international conference to promote discussions in all areas of catalysis between academia and industry. In a three days conference distinguished and internationally recognized invited speakers will cover forefront research in catalysis areas.

The organizing committee cordially invites you to participate in the International Catalysis Conference 2008.
