5th Annual Network Centric Operations

NCO Asia 08 is the leading event for military and civil defence ICT, networked communications and technology advancement. Attended by over 200 delegates, this event is the key Asian C4i event.

Effectively filtering and distributing information and knowledge, to help drive forward your military operations and, more strategically, your network centric programs are likely to be your two priorities.

How you fulfill your priorities is multi-faceted. With many so many paths to follow, and sub-capabilities to engage, defining your initial, secondary or even tertiary steps can be a taxing exercise.

Furthermore, developing theories from nations already in an advanced state of network centric engagement, can, and in some cases, should provide insight as to how both your short and long term plans should look.

By attending this event you can:

Understand how advances in NCO can offer you new channels of operational information; leading to increased benefits for your joint strategic operations and further fortify your nations C4i modernization program

Develop short term and long term roadmaps, enabling you to forecast the potential cost and pitfalls of your NCO program, giving yourself sufficient time to avoid potential project delays

Meet world class strategic thinkers, practitioners and technology experts; helping you to fill any knowledge gaps, establish useful contacts and evaluate the latest technological advances

Over the 2 days, 20 sessions, led by engaging speakers, with the most relevant and interesting topics will provide key insights into the steps that you can take to further your program. Significant trends and developments will be highlighted, as will real-time case studies, thus illustrating the true cost of implementing NCO. You can expect expert briefings from: Taiwan Ministry of Defense, Pakistan Army, Australian Armed Forces, US Department of Defense, Japan Ministry of Defense and NATO.
