Singapore, October, 2019 – Identity Week Asia will open its doors on 8-9 October at Suntec, Singapore, with an expected 1000 experts from around the world convening to discuss next-generation identity solutions and their capability to both transform society and counter identity-based fraud.

The two-day event features a major free-to-attend exhibition, and three conference tracks focused on digital ID, biometrics and secure identity credentials. It investigates how these technologies are being used in applications ranging from border control and law enforcement, to citizen services or enhancing consumer or corporate identity solutions.

Asia is having a major impact on the global identity scene, with some of the world’s most technologically advanced implementations being rolled out on a large scale. Keynote presentations at the event range from the world’s leading biometric-based Aadhaar scheme in India, to ambitious programs in countries such as Singapore, Australia and Thailand, which are rolling out national digital identity schemes to implement trusted citizen services.

More than 50 exhibitors at the event will be highlighting how identity technologies can play a major role in these sorts of advanced roll out. Solutions on display range from counter-breach and fraud solutions, such as those shown by Platinum Sponsor Uniken (Stand 215), to physical and digital document security solutions for governments, and biometric implementations across society – notably those shown by OVD Kinegram (Gold Sponsor - Stand 305) and Aware (Silver Sponsor - Stand 315).

Visit Identity Week Asia, for free, at the Suntec Convention Centre Level 3, on the 8-9October, to explore the future of identity, and how it could benefit your business.
