MR. OH ZI JIAN

Generally, I am interested in Business Management and Educational Management. To be specific, my areas of specialization include mobile leadership, blue ocean leadership, motivation, employee engagement, team performance.

Mr. Oh Zi Jian is dedicated and passionate in his teaching for Diploma in Business Management for 6 years. He has also served as one of the Vocational College Business Management Program Lead Trainers, under the Ministry of Education Malaysia since 2020. He was also appointed as one of the instrument drafting panels for the final assessment of the courses. He has been invited as a speaker to share his knowledge locally through the educational tv special show production program “Didik TV Ministry of Education” and internationally as well. He is active in research and writing journals. He encourages good practices in teaching and learning among his colleagues through innovation and won a lot of medals throughout the competition. He is actively promoting digital skills and Sustainable Development Global (SDG) among his students by collaborating with the state government agencies (Penang Youth Development Corporations), industry players, and local communities.
