“RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT IN PICTURES”

The International Development Research Centre’s Regional Office for Southeast and East Asia (IDRC/ASRO), based in Singapore, is organizing a photo competition among research partners to encourage them to capture and illustrate their research work in photographic images.

Hopefully, this competition will also help increase their awareness of how important it is to have visual images to help tell the story of their development work. The photographs submitted for the competition will also be added to IDRC’s image library and will be showcased in various ways ─ at IDRC offices and at promotional events as well as in print and electronic publications produced by IDRC.

IDRC research partners are invited to submit their own photographs that capture the essence of their research and development work which is supported by IDRC in the Southeast and East Asia region.
