Theme: ’ENHANCING MEDICINE WITH INNOVATION’ INTRODUCTION OF THE PROGRAM Invention and Innovation in Medicine is an intervarsity program that provides a platform for students to showcase their talents in inventing and innovating things that are relevant to the medical field with relation to 4th Industrial Revolution. OBJECTIVES • To provide a competitive environment that mimics the current ecosystem of innovation economy with competitive pitching to get start up funding/grant. • To foster the spirit of innovation and creativity in the field of medicine among students • To empower and guiding students in aspects of medical science • To promote critical thinking in the face of the multi-dimensional challenges of the future • To provide an avenue to assess innovation mentoring and to foster a potential collaboration/smart partnership.
