The International Conference on Computer, Electrical, and Systems Science, and Engineering (CESSE 2008) aims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, and scholar students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of Computer, Electrical, and Systems Science, and Engineering, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.
PROCEEDINGS
The conference proceedings will be published prior to the conference in both Hard Copy Book and CD-ROM, and distributed to all registered participants at the conference.

SPECIAL ISSUE
CESSE 2008 has teamed up with the International Journal of Electrical, Computer, and Systems Engineering (IJECSE) for publishing a Special Issue on Advances in Computer, Electrical, and Systems Science, and Engineering. All submitted papers will have opportunities for consideration for this Special Issue. The selection will be carried out during the review process as well as at the conference presentation stage. Submitted papers must not be under consideration by any other journal or publication. The final decision will be made based on peer review reports by the guest editors and the Editor-in-Chief jointly.
