Korea Serious Games Festival 2010

Korea Serious Games Festival is comprised of exhibitions, international conferences and pre-arranged business meetings between participating companies and attendees. The main objective of the event is to promote the serious games sector by showing various educational and sound games.

Also, through conferences, the participants would be able to discuss about the capabilities of the serious games in the various sectors such as education, healthcare, medical, national defences, and public.

The event has confirmed to have major national exhibitors like Neowiz games (www.neowizgames.com ), JC Entertainment (www.jceworld.com ), HanbitSoft (www.hanbitsoft.com ) and Samsung electronics, Korea Telecom, NC Soft and Nexon are under discussion to feature themselves.

The KSF will draw massive media attention especially through the media sponsors, the Electronic News and the Maeil Business Newspaper&TV. In 2009, the export trade amounts derived from KSF was worth $5.9 million from 7 domestic and 4 foreign companies. (A total number of 31 domestic and 17 foreign companies attended.) The total visitors to the show was around 15,000.
