ARN의 SNS 모니터링 서비스의 일환으로, 일본 국립천문대(NAOJ)가 발표한 일식 예보가 특히 큰 관심을 받은 것을 확인했습니다. Facebook Japan은 이 예보를 2억 명의 팔로워에게 공유했고, 게시물은 7,500개의 좋아요와 665회의 공유를 기록했습니다.

또 다른 사례로, NASA와 그 연구자가 NAOJ의 태양 자기장 연구에 관한 보도자료를 270만 명의 팔로워와 공유했습니다.

두 사람이 일본 국립천문대(NAOJ)의 망원경을 방문합니다. 이때 망원경의 기울기와 회전을 친절히 보여준 직원들에게 깊은 인상을 받았습니다. 그들은 망원경이 움직이는 모습을 담은 동영상을 포함해, "이 거대한 크기와 무게에도 불구하고 움직임이 매우 부드럽고 정말 멋졌다!"라는 트윗을 남겼습니다. 단 세 개의 트윗으로 30만 명 이상이 해당 동영상을 볼 수 있었습니다.
