Andragogy for Impact (AnfI) 2026

The Teaching & Learning Centre (TLC) at Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) warmly invites proposals for the Andragogy for Impact (AnfI) 2026, to be held from 3 to 5 November 2026 at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, Singapore.

Centred on the theme “Adult Learning: Reimagining, Reinventing, Transforming”, the conference invites educators, researchers, policymakers, and industry leaders to reflect on how adult learning must evolve in response to changing learner identities, workforce demands, and societal transformation.

Guided by the tagline “From tradition to transformation: a new vision for adult learning”, AnfI 2026 seeks to re-envision adult learning from foundational principles to delivery approaches and long-term impact.

We welcome proposals aligned to one of the three conference strands:

• Reimagining the Foundations of Adult Learning
• Reinventing the Delivery of Adult Teaching and Learning
• Transforming the Outputs and Impact of Adult Learning

Submissions may take the form of paper or poster presentations, roundtables, or talking circles. Proposals may draw on research (theoretical, conceptual, or empirical), integrative reviews, research in progress, best practices, or emerging innovations that shape the future of adult learning.

Key Dates:

• Call for proposals opens: 15 February 2026
• Submission deadline: 31 May 2026
• Pre-conference workshops: 3 November 2026
• Main conference: 4–5 November 2026
