I have over 10 years of experience in research, data collecting, analyzing, project management, implementing and conducting assessment and writing reports in the field of conflict-sensitive and gander-based violence, disability, socio-economic baseline, livelihood, food and nutrition security, environment, media and communication in all across the country. I have achieved project goals and positive outcomes through my flexibility, round personality and negotiation in all of those areas.
