Ms Mira Adhikari Baral

Ms. Mira Adhikari is a nursing faculty member on Pokhara Nursing Campus, Institute of Medicine, Tribhuvan University, Nepal. She has a rich experience of over 15 years in this profession.

Ms. Mira Adhikari has more than 15-year experience in various roles like care provider, manager, educator and researcher.

She has completed the Master of Nursing with specialisation in adult health at Tribhuvan University, Nepal.

She works in collaboration with various voluntary organisations to promote health and well being of the people and creating awareness related to health and disease.

She is also also involved in teaching to nursing students and guiding students in their research.

She advocates for the welfare of nurses and nursing. She strives to give her best for the welfare of humanity and nursing. 

Areas of interest: older adults, chronic diseases, education and health.

On-going project: 
Knowledge and practice of patients' rights among patients attending a teaching hospital.
