The MOA includes provisions for students and faculty exchanges, training, joint PhD program, cooperation of research activities, organization of seminars and academic meetings, and other activities as mutually agreed by both institutions.
Witnessing the MOA signing were Professor G. Saha, director of the RWUAS South and Southeast Asia Office, and Dr. Ronald S. Banzon, vice chancellor for academic affairs.
