Been awarded Statistical capacity building award by World Bank as well as many literary awards. Author of 2 books and book chapters. Proficient in SPSS, R and EXCEL. Working knowledge of LINGO ,MATLAB and PYTHON. A have successfully completed a research project on “ Application of Statistical tools in Social Sciences Research”. This book deals with Statistical concepts used in Social Science research. Each case has a detailed explanation of the technique to be used as well as what other methods could be used. In addition, it also mentions the various errors, which could occur during analysis. The outcome of this was a monograph, well received by the social sciences and statistics fraternity. My PhD was in applying Operations Research techniques to waste management. I have built four mathematical models to manage waste optimally, in terms of cost, time and resources. I am planning to convert these into workable models by converting them for software usage. This would help municipal authorities to plan their tasks of waste management and the benefits could be passed onto citizens in the form of a cleaner environment at a lesser cost.In addition, I am also planning a major research project . I have nearly 40 presentations at conferences, seminars and others at various levels, like National and International. I have 20 paper publications and around 350 articles/ short stories published in various newspapers and magazines. I have also been involved in talk shows on Radio and in panel discussions on different topics.
