The Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (MARDI) is coordinating the delegation’s travel programme which includes visits to various selected agriculture-related agencies in Kuala Lumpur.
The delegation, which arrived in Malaysia on 21 February on a six-day visit, came to FRIM in Kepong to learn more about its agro-forestry related research.
FRIM Corporate Management Unit Head Puan Norhayati Nordin welcomed the delegates who were later given a briefing on FRIM’s related research and development (R&D) activities by FRIM Forest Biotechnology Division Director Dr Norwati Mohamad and Plant Improvement Programme Head Dr Ab. Rasip Ab. Ghani.
