Dr. Farman Ali is an accomplished researcher and academic specializing in UAV communications, free space optics, nonlinear optical systems, and AI-integrated communication technologies. He is currently serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China, where he is engaged in cutting-edge research in UAV-to-ground/ship communication modeling, AI-driven optical systems, and channel modeling under urban and maritime conditions. Previously, Dr. Ali held the position of Associate Professor and ORIC In-charge at Qurtuba University of Science and IT, Pakistan, where he also convened the Occupational Safety and Health Committee within the Faculty of Engineering. With a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Iqra National University (2019), an M.S. from Sarhad University (2014), and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (2011), his educational foundation underpins his prolific research output. Dr. Ali has authored over 70 peer-reviewed articles in leading journals including IEEE Transactions, Optics & Laser Technology, and Fiber and Integrated Optics, amassing over 645 citations, with an h-index of 15 and an i10-index of 24. His work has contributed to major projects funded by the Chinese National Key Research Program, European Union Horizon 2020, and multiple Middle Eastern and European academic grants. In addition to his research, he has also contributed to innovation through patents, notably in UAV-based maritime communication models. Dr. Ali’s interdisciplinary expertise bridges optical networks, machine learning, and wireless communications, making him a key contributor to the future of 5G+ and next-generation aerial communication systems.

Wan F. A. Jusoh is currently a Senior Lecturer in Biodiversity and Conservation and serves as the Honours Program Director (Malaysia) at the School of Science, Monash University Malaysia. Her research focuses on the intersection of biodiversity and the history of natural heritage, ranging from studying flashing fireflies to reconstructing timelines of how ecosystems have evolved.

Dr. Hiran Shanake Perera, (senior lecturer of psychology at Sunway University) is an experimental psychologist and a cognitive neuroscientist in Malaysia.

Dr Yap is currently a Senior Lecturer and Program Director of Medical Bioscience at Monash University Malaysia. She is dedicated to toxin pharmacology and toxicology research. She has strong background in biomolecular modelling, proteomics, immunological and molecular pharmacology of bioactive toxins. She leads the Toxin Pharmacology Research Group. Her research group now focuses on molecular mechanisms of cytotoxin with the ultimate goal of developing next-generation biotherapeutics. Her research works have been featured in prominent media outlets, including the International Snakebite Awareness Day campaign. Besides active in research, she is also an education innovator who adopts various active learning strategies with technology. She teaches undergraduate units with an emphasis on student-cantered learning using the andragogy approach. Dr Michelle enjoys promoting STEM education to the public. She has organized and hosted several workshops and forums to advance the disciplines in medical sciences through research and education.

Norhafezah binti Kasmuri has obtained her Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2001. She has received her Master of Science in Water Resources Engineering and Management (WAREM) from Universitat Stuttgart, Germany in 2004. She has completed her study of Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering from Swansea University, Wales, the United Kingdom in 2014. She has been serving UiTM since August 2014 as a senior lecturer at the School of Civil Engineering, College of Engineering, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam.

Ts. Uganeeswary Suparmaniam, AMIChemE (UK) is a multiple award-winning young scientist, sustainability advocate, and climate activist attached to the HICoE-Centre for Biofuel and Biochemical Research, Institute of Self-Sustainable Building, PETRONAS University of Technology, Malaysia.

Dr. Chong Li Choo is an accomplished academic, Associate Professor at Taylor's University, expert in food technology, and innovative product design. Award-winning researcher, director for Food Security & Nutrition Impact Lab, and impactful leader in the field.

EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

Angeli Ambayya is a Scientific Officer (Ministry of Health, Malaysia). She is passionate about research in the field of hemato-oncology.

Hamidah Othman, obtained her Bachelor of Nursing Science in 2008, Master of Nursing in 2013 from the University of Malaya and PhD in Nursing, 2022 from International Islamic University Malaysia. Her interest was a critical care in nursing and psychological need towards family members with patients’ admit to the Intensive Care Unit, End of Life care and research in relation to the evidence based practice in nursing. She is currently working as Head and Lecturer at School of Nursing Science, Faculty of Medicine, University of Sultan Zainal Abidin, Kuala Terengganu, Malaysia.

Someone in love with a field of knowledge, have strong desire to discover and explore about teaching and learning. My primary research interests focus on media studies, crisis reporting, fake news, media freedom and democratization, particularly in analysing the media content which is closely connected to politics, state and market; and ideological representation.

Ts Dr. Siti Kudnie Sahari is a senior lecturer at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). Her current research interests include thin film, advanced semiconductor materials, semiconductor processing and solar devices.

Dr. Wong Sin Yeng is an associate professor and Deputy Director at the Institute of Biodiversity and Environmental Conservation, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), whose work has led to identifying hundreds of new plant species in Southeast Asia.

Dr. Cheng-Siang Tan is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). He is an expert in infectious and emerging diseases and biosafety and biorisk management.

Yonis.M.Yonis Buswig , He is a Lecturer in the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak. Yonis.M.Yonis Buswig has authored and co-authored a number of well-recognized journals and conference papers and has been a regular reviewer for IEEE, Wiley and other journals. His current research interests include the area of Power Electronics, Renewable energy technology, and Motor Drives Control. He is a Member in Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).

Senior lecturer at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia and actively involve in research and innovation. Participated in many innovation competition and won accreditation nationally and internationally. Received title Inv. from IFIA for innovators.

Dr. Ikhsan is an associate professor at the Department of Aquaculture, University Putra Malaysia. She specializes in the field of Aquatic Microbial Ecology particularly in the development of innovative and sustainable microbial management strategies through understanding of the host-microbe interaction for enhanced microbial stability.

Generally, I am interested in Business Management and Educational Management. To be specific, my areas of specialization include mobile leadership, blue ocean leadership, motivation, employee engagement, team performance.

Dr Kanimolli Arasu is a lecturer and a dietitian at the International Medical University, Malaysia.

Dr. Nor Aiman Sukindar has joined International Islamic University Malaysia in 2019 and currently working as Assistant Professor in Manufacturing and Materials Department and at the same time holding a position as Chairman of the Advanced Manufacturing and Material Research Unit (AMTech). Before joining IIUM, Dr. Aiman was working with Politeknik Kuching Sarawak for more than seven years from 2011 until 2019. Dr. Aiman has extensive experience in research pertaining to additive manufacturing technologies including the design and development of 3D printers, fabricating scaffold structures for bone replacement using biomaterials, optimization printing parameters, and any other related field. Dr. Aiman was awarded grants from industries and the government including PPRN, Tin Grant, and Sponsored research grant. Recently, Dr. Aiman won several awards including a silver medal in Asia Innovation Festival 2022, Gold Medal in RITEC 2021 Competition in 2021, and a silver medal and Outstanding Award in SDG MTE 2021 Competition also in 2021.

Professor Beena Giridharan is the Dean for Learning and Teaching at Curtin Malaysia, and provides academic leadership to Curtin Malaysia, with a particular focus on academic operational efficiency. Her research and academic interests include: vocabulary acquisition in ESL, educational administration and leadership; higher education practices, transnational education (TNE), ethno-linguistic studies in indigenous communities, and social and cultural studies. As a member of an OLT (Office of Learning and Teaching, Australia) funded project entitled ‘Learning without Borders’ she has investigated leadership roles in Trans-National Education (TNE) and internationalization of the curriculum.

Zunaida Zakaria is researcher at Faculty of Chemical Engineering Technology, Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP). She has more than 15 years of experience in Polymeric Materials, Processing, and Characterization. Her main research interest are in Polymeric Foam, Syntactic Foam, Epoxy Macroballoon, Failure Mechanism in Polymeric Foam, Microbeads/Porous, and Activated Carbon from RHA for wastewater treatment.

Dr. Syerina Azlin Md Nasir received her Ph.D. in Information Technology from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia and her undergraduate studies at University of Salford, United Kingdom. She is a senior lecturer in Faculty of Computer and Mathematical Sciences at UiTM Cawangan Kelantan, Malaysia where she has been a faculty member since 2004. She has been engaged to research works such as conferences, workshops and become a member of Business Datalytics Research Group. She is a member of Microsoft Certified Professional, International Association of Engineers (IAENG), Certified RapidMiner Analyst and Certified Talend Data Integration. Her earlier publications are on database technology, ontology construction and mapping and actively involves in research, consultations and publications. The author’s current interest is on data mining, data analytics, text and web mining.

Ridha is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and is jointly an associate member of Advanced Manufacturing and Materials Processing (AMMP) Center at the University of Malaya.

Dr. Olivia Tan Swee Leng was a Legal Counsel at Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) and in charge of the Domain Name Dispute Resolution for both .com from Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre and .my cases, as well as Mediation/Arbitration case management.  She obtained her Bachelor of Law Degree with honours in 1993 from University of London (UK) and completed her Certificate of Legal Practise (CLP) in 1996.  She was the book prize winner for the Civil Procedure Paper and General Paper awarded by the Certificate of Legal Practise Board (Malaysia) in 1996.  She practised as an advocate and solicitor in Malaysia in the area of Corporate Litigation, Intellectual Property (Trademark), and Banking and Conveyancing. She continued to pursue her Masters in Law at the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2002. Later that year, she ceased legal practise to lecture Company Law, Business Law and Commercial Law at Nilai University in Malaysia as a Senior Lecturer in Law and headed the Department of Admission and Records as a Deputy Registrar.  She obtained her PhD in Law at the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2014.  Presently, she is the Director Technology Transfer Office (TTO) at Multimedia University (MMU). One of her main duties at TTO is to manage the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of the academic researchers as TTO. Dr Olivia Tan is also involved in Erasmus+ Spire, European grant project as Quality Manager in 2018 to 2020. SPIRE’s overall objective is contributing to the effectiveness of Research and Innovation management at HEIs by enhancing IPR capacities at three complementary levels, thereby addressing major difficulties identified in the target ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand). She is also currently a legal consultant for Valiantlytix Sdn Bhd (a Data analytic platfom) .
