We are pleased Asia Research News 2011 has been very well received. We will continue promoting the issue through the year.
It is also time to think about the 2012 issues. For 2012, we plan to print two issues (March and September 2012). For the March issue, the deadline for submissions is 15 December 2011.
Please send write-ups of less than 500 words per project describing your chosen research projects.
Up to 15 different projects may be sent for consideration in the March issue. Project write-ups and pictures must be submitted by 15 December 2011.
Please include the following information:
- What the project is about
- Why it is important
- What the project plans to achieve
- Start and planned end date of the project
- Any future plans for the research
- Images related to the project
- Contact details of lead researcher(s)
- Please include any details of awards, patents, international collaboration, funding bodies
Copy/Images: Please send the text in Microsoft Word. Images should be at least 300 dpi in jpeg, tiff or bmp format.

Note: All submissions will be considered and compared to other projects submitted. Asia Research News magazine’s objective is to promote research to the public as well as encourage collaboration. The final decision of projects chosen will be based on maintaining a balance of interesting articles. In the unlikely event that none of the
research submitted by the institution is accepted for publication in Asia Research News, the institution will be offered the equivalent advertising space.
