Dr Chia Eng Hock (PhD, Australian National University) is a scientist, athlete, and longevity coach.
He is engaged in ending old age through disease-free longevity, and preventing and reversing diabetes, hypertension, dementia, heart disease and cancer remission, through measurable heart age reversal and cancer immunoprevention. For the first time in human history, thanks to breakthrough discoveries, it’s not science fiction anymore!
Dr Chia has a transdisciplinary background relating to multiple pillars of lifestyle medicine and Medicine 3.0. He has taught and conducted research, including holding professorial positions in leading universities in Australia, Canada, Singapore, and the United States. He is a Professional Member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
In the area of exercise training, he is an accredited multidisciplinary athletic and fitness coach, and PADI advanced scuba diver and medal-winning masters athlete.
A lifelong recreational athlete, and leading by example, in terms of biological aging, his VO2 max, and biomarkers of arterial elasticity, endothelial function, and left ventricular distensibility, as well as leg muscle age, are all equivalent to that of a young adult in the early twenties, decades younger. He has conducted coaching sessions for gym trainers, groups, and individuals.
He has given presentations in international medical conferences, and is a reviewer for academic journals, with a recent invitation from Academia Mental Health and Well-Being, based in San Francisco.
He is the inventor of two fitness training methodologies, with the mission to ““Ending Old Age, Measurably Young and Disease-Free after 65”.
